ShomerCare

ShomerCare coordinates custodial and operations teams across zones and time windows, entirely in a single offline-first web page. It handles team management, shift assignments, and days-off tracking, pushes updates through WhatsApp, and syncs state across devices with QR codes — no backend required. It's actively used to run real operations.

Problem: Coordinating cleaning/ops shifts across zones and people is error-prone on paper.

Role: Product design and full front-end implementation (single-file, offline).

Outcome: A lightweight system that keeps a real operations team organized and in sync.
